Activating the eSIM in minutes worked great but for tethering with the mobile as a hotspot I needed to ask for support on WhatsApp. Support helped within another 5 minutes to adjust the mobile data settings so after a total of 10 minutes all was set and done. Thanks to etravelSIM
In case you’d like to improve the experience I’d prefer the correct setting to be included with the sim profile from the start.

We travelled to Sri Lanka in August 25 and after bei g quoted £7 a day from existing provider took step to try again. Set up was so easy that I didn’t think it wd work and overall signal has been good - some times not but then that happens when in uk. Would definitely buy again when going abroad and my husband is also sold on the idea.
