Purchased the USA/ Canada eSim as was travelling through Canada. After 4 days and 48 days of backward and forward with online help desk was still not able to access data or anything. Requested refund and attended phone stall in Shopping center and had phone access within 10 min with a prepaid sim for half the price.

Ordered and within 30min had the eSim and had it activated and working. I bought the 10 day unlimited US/CA/Mx Plan for use in Canada and so far I am very happy it things works.
