The eSim was good value for money. I couldn’t activate the eSim immediately, which was quite frustrating. I emailed eTravelSim customer service and within 24 hours the issue was resolved. I’ll used Airhub e-sims whilst in Singapore and had issues with connectivity. I have had no further issues with my connection via eTravelSim and will likely use the service again.

It is my second experience with ESim. It is working in England. It is going ok and since we got some calling minutes that was a bonus. I was forced to make a call to resolve a travel issue and it worked. I had tried a different company last trip . I still have some issues with contacting ETravel ( I will try again). As usual wife has burned up twice as much data and still 5 days to go. I am ok but go crazy with women data required.

Roaming charges from australian telecom providers are exorbitant (Telstra AUD 10 per day or more) for leisure travellers. This eSIM offers us a UK phone number with 100 minutes of calls with a reputable provider (Vodafone and its affiliates). Data only plans means you are relying on the person you are calling having a WhatsApp or Facebook account. Not many businesses have these accounts so making phone calls using data only plans is almost impossible to businesses (hotels, airlines etc). 10GB of data over 30 days in more than enough. We can use free wifi in the hotels and friends/relatives homes.
