Don’t worry — most issues are easy to fix. Follow this simple troubleshooting guide before reaching out to our support team.
Check if Your eSIM is Installed
Go to Settings → Mobile/Cellular → SIMs and confirm your eSIM (usually named eTravelSIM) is visible and active. If not, install it using the QR code sent to your email.
Connect to Wi-Fi or Another Data Network During Installation
The eSIM needs an active internet connection to download its activation profile. Please ensure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or another SIM’s data while installing.
Turn ON Data for Your eSIM
After installation, go to Settings → Mobile Data → Data SIM and select eTravelSIM to make sure data is enabled.
Enable Data Roaming
To connect to partner networks abroad, make sure Data Roaming is turned ON under Settings → Mobile Data Options.
Ensure You’re Using the Correct SIM
Sometimes your phone may still use your regular SIM for data. Go to Settings → Mobile Data → Default Line and select eTravelSIM as your data SIM.
