I had a small issue during the purchase of the esim and the cost. A supervisor solved the issue. There is no process to see how much data your using other that sending them a message. The actual data and phone service worked great and the price was quite good. Other than the issue at the beginning and not being able to chk your data on your own I would have given 5 stars.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the simplicity of this service. It would benefit from two additions: (1) a simple way to track data usage of any plan purchased, to enable user to assess which plan best fits needs (2) a simple calculation tool to help user assess if quitting regular telecoms provider’s travel plan in favour of this plan is worthwhile.
