Having Trouble Using Your eSIM?

Donโ€™t worry โ€” most issues are easy to fix. Follow this simple troubleshooting guide before reaching out to our support team.

Check if Your eSIM is Installed

Go to Settings โ†’ Mobile/Cellular โ†’ SIMs and confirm your eSIM (usually named eTravelSIM) is visible and active. If not, install it using the QR code sent to your email.

Connect to Wi-Fi or Another Data Network During Installation

The eSIM needs an active internet connection to download its activation profile. Please ensure youโ€™re connected to Wi-Fi or another SIMโ€™s data while installing.

Turn ON Data for Your eSIM

After installation, go to Settings โ†’ Mobile Data โ†’ Data SIM and select eTravelSIM to make sure data is enabled.

Enable Data Roaming

To connect to partner networks abroad, make sure Data Roaming is turned ON under Settings โ†’ Mobile Data Options.

Ensure Youโ€™re Using the Correct SIM

Sometimes your phone may still use your regular SIM for data. Go to Settings โ†’ Mobile Data โ†’ Default Line and select eTravelSIM as your data SIM.
