After purchasing an eTravelsim product, customers will receive a unique QR code via email. This code is provided to the registered email ID used during the purchase. The email will also contain detailed instructions on how to install the product. To begin using the product, scan the QR code.

Buying the eSIM and downloading it into mobile device worked outside the country where I need the eSIM.
If eSIM Activation (inside the mobile device) works at the distination countries - Malaysia + Japan - I yet have to find out.
My touch down is tomorrow.

I bought the eSIM for my trip to the Philippines and Indonesia. I didn't always have a good connection in Manila. On Bali the connection was perfect. I will also go to Japan and Australia and see what happens there. If things are going so well there, then I can only recommend the eSIM
