I had a issue loading eSim onto my phone but the WhatsApp customer service sorted for me. Used in Vegas. Toronto, DC and Boston without any issues. Will use again when needed. Thanks

So far everything is good easy to purchase and use

We went on a trip across countries, 3300 km across Italy and Germany, network & internet was always available and stable! Full recommendations.

Purchased a week of data for Morocco. Received QR code in minutes. Scanned QR code and was all ready. Data worked well throughout trip in Marrakesh and surrounding area! Good value too for unlimited data

Used it in Africa, Europe and Asia and works perfectly. One time had connection problems and support issued another esim instantly.

Was very good and I was pleased

I was looking for a eSim with real unlimited data for traveling. All other eSims containing a Fair-Use-Policy with usually a maximum of 2GByte/day. eTravelSim provides read unlimited data. First I test it at home with a one-day order and it works. I was able to stream videos with a total volume of more than 6GBytes. A second test works with a 2-Day ticket works too. But the eSim don't work for 3 hours by any reason. I contacted eTravelSim via WhatsApp support and got a reply within some few minutes. There is a technical issue. 45minutes later I got a message to try it again. Immediatly the data trafic works and eTravelSim fixed the technical issue.

In short words:
- truly unlimited data is a real data flat rate (I only tested 16GB within two days)
- WhatsApp support replies within some few minutes
- technical issue has been fixed within 45 minutes
So I'm very happy with eTravelSim and will used it on my next vacation.

Very good: Very easy to sign up, competitive pricing.
Support via chat/email is quite fast

Other than good:
1. App does not show data consumption
2. To register the esim in the app remains a mystery...
3. To setup the voicemail is only available upon several email. Why? This remains a mystery too..

I chose this esim after some internet research. The esim has worked faultlessly with great coverage accross the island. I will definitely use this company again
