ご購入後、QRコードがメールで届きます。スマホのカメラで読み取ると、eSIMが端末にインストールされます。eSIMは目的地で初めてネットワークに接続した時点で有効になり、プランの有効期間もそこから始まるため、出発前にインストールしておけます。

データ残量を確認するには？

eSIMの購入時に使用したメールアドレスでマイアカウントにログインし、注文の横にある「残量を確認」（View Balance）をクリックしてください。注文番号を添えてsupport@etravelsim.comにメールでお問い合わせいただくこともできます。

書類の提出は必要ですか？

いいえ、不要です。ただし、お客様を不正利用から守るため、決済システムが不審と判断した取引については本人確認をお願いする場合があります。

QRコードはご購入後すぐにメールで届きます。出発前に、Wi-Fiに接続した状態でインストールしてください。

設定 → モバイル通信 → eSIMを追加の順に開きます。
「QRコードを使用」をタップし、メールに記載されたQRコードを読み取ります。読み取れない場合は「詳細情報を手動で入力」をタップし、同じメールに記載されたSM-DP+アドレスとアクティベーションコードを入力します。
新しい回線に名前（例：「旅行」）を付け、通話とSMSには普段のSIMを主回線として残します。
現地に到着したら、モバイルデータ通信に海外 eSIMを選択します。プランで必要な場合は、その回線のデータローミングをオンにしてください。

Slow internet

The eSim is working, it says 4G, but even with full signal the internet is so slow, i cant do anything besides writing Messages. Google maps for example works but it takes 1 Minute to load.
Im on Tenerife (Canary Islands) which belongs to spain and they have Vodafone (what the eSim uses) here, so that should not be a Problem
