On July 6 I purchased a 5 GB sim. Because I tried unsuccessfully to use the QR code, the eSim became invalid and I was unable to use it. However, the customer service was extremely rapid and helpful. Recommended

Was skeptical thought i might get ripped off before buying because I saw those 1,2 and 3 star reviews but to be fair those reviews are literally by people who have hard time following instruction or chose the wrong choices, after ordering 2 esims for me and my partner she had 5gb and I had the unlimited data only option since we are in Turkey for our holiday just followed the instructions in the email even has a video to follow if in doubt confused follow exactly as it says just people restart your phone and your things work and also buy the right product. Also switch off or remove your other sim in sim manager option if you have a physical sim remove it from phone or just switch off sim and on the new esim or sim that you added just allow data roaming for that only travel sim and it's easy incase you are wondering why data roaming it bounces off and rides on different networks.

I had some troubles but after help from the staf now is great. Thank you.
I had a bit of trouble setting up the esim because I didn't get the QR code in the initial email, but customer service helped me and I managed to fix the issue. So everything is just fine, good internet speed in Antalya.

Etravelsim is great, i have no complaints about internet. My only complaint is about set up. I followed procedure and it did not work. Only after losing my cool couple of times and restarting my phone, it just started working on its own even though i was still receiving msgs that sim was not able to activate.
