残高の確認方法は？

残高を確認するにはこちらをクリックしてください。

書類の提出は必要ですか？

iPhoneにeSIMをインストールする方法は？

QRコードはご購入後すぐにメールで届きます。出発前に、Wi-Fiに接続した状態でインストールしてください。

  1. 「設定」→「モバイル通信」→「eSIMを追加」を開きます。
  2. 「QRコードを使用」をタップし、メールのQRコードを読み取ります。読み取れない場合は「詳細情報を手動で入力」をタップし、同じメールに記載のSM-DP+アドレスとアクティベーションコードを入力します。
  3. 新しい回線に「旅行」などの名前を付け、通話とSMSは普段のSIMを主回線のままにします。
  4. 到着後、モバイルデータ通信に旅行用eSIMを選び、その回線のデータローミングをオンにします。

Easy and no issues with service

Title says it all. Instructions were clear and there we no issues with service at all. Had the esim installed on my phone in my home country and turned it on while taxiing to the gate (I did restart my phone right after activating the Korea esim). Next time I go back to Korea I plan on topping up this esim.

Overall and amazing service, and will continue to use it. I’ve used eTravelSim for Mexico, Croatia, Serbia, Brasil and Japan very smoothly. The one issue I had was with South Korea. It was very slow, so would not recommend it for this specific country
