Have used Etravel Sim before numerous times in the US. This time traveling down to Dominican Republic, on landing ESim was activated and roaming on but no internet. Got some wifi and used the WhatsApp customer service at 11pm at night! And instant responses, even got a new esim to try and then finally sorted out the issue with the Network Carrier (so not your fault at all - and the Etravel Team walked through all the things we could change to eventually get it to work. Data signal good. Calls has been very useful.
The customer service are great but it would be useful to be able to check the balance left. When I email they reply quickly with my balance.
