Worked great again. Had it last US visit, now in South Africa. Seamless connection. We had problems with our email and didn’t receive the eSIM. Wrote one email, explained the situation and within two minutes we received our eSIM. Great help and support line.

Getting the e-sim to activate was difficult, it kept disconnecting data with actived, had to de-activate it and reconnect. inconvenient and stressful. When it worked it was great.

Ohne die ETravelSim Card wäre ich entweder in meinem Urlaub nicht erreichbar gewesen, oder aber ich bekäme eine extrem hohe Handyrechnung.
Ich vergebe keine volle Punktzahl, da der WhatsApp Support, mir bestimmt 2 Stunden meines Urlaubes geklaut hat, nur um am Ende zu sagen, das Nachladeguthaben wird erst Sichtbar, wenn das davor gekaufte Guthaben verbraucht ist. Davon war ich zum ersten genervt, zum zweiten, hatte ich in dieser Zeit teilweise gar keinen Empfang, außer an einer Stelle meines Hotels, in dem es freies W Lan gab.
