RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds on the purchase of our eSIM packages. However, since we deal with digital goods, we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons within 5 days of purchase of eSIM:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, https://eTravelSim.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item;

Irreparable defects with the eSIM: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request;

Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check all the related information described in the product detail before buying.

Important: Please note that we do not offer refunds for cases in which customers are unaware of their phone's eSIM compatibility. We highly recommend that customers consult their phone brand website or reach out to us for professional consultation to confirm eSIM compatibility with their phone model before proceeding with their purchase.

Refund Charges: Please be advised that in the event of a refund, a transaction fee of $ 5 or 30% of the order value (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it may take 15 days from the date of request for refund/approval.
