We went on a Mediterranean cruise and bought eTravelSim with 5 GB data each. It worked on land and sometimes at sea if we were close to a coastline. The only place it didn’t work was in Montenegro because it is not part of the EU. When we had difficulty getting started, there was help; when we ran out of data, there email response and assistance was very quick. Highly recommend eTravelSim.

Title says it all. Instructions were clear and there we no issues with service at all. Had the esim installed on my phone in my home country and turned it on while taxiing to the gate (I did restart my phone right after activating the Korea esim). Next time I go back to Korea I plan on topping up this esim.

I have used ETravelSim in Dubai before with no issues but although I paid over £20 for 4 days in Marrakesh it didn’t work was very disappointed.
ETravelSim contacted me to resolve my issue, I have now got a credit for future travel. Thank you and what fantastic customer service. My only disappointment is I didn’t contact them when I was abroad. So if you have any issues with your SIM card please contact the company immediately they will help you resolve the problem. Thank you again I will certainly be using you for all my trips.

I used this esim on my Google Pixel 8 Pro for Mauritius. The setup was easy by just scanning the QR code. The local provider was myt (Mauritius Telekom / Orange) which seems to be the best one. I've had nearly everywhere reception and could use my phone just like at home. I could even provide a local hotspot for my wife since she had problems with her esim (different provider).

I liked everything. Used it in EU, Portugal and Spain and in the UK. No complaints. Anything you need just WhatsApp the support team and they will action straight away

Installing it on my wife's iPhone 11 Pro was a piece of cake, and once she got to Albania the connection worked perfectly. She was able to use mobile data there without having to resort to her own mobile plan (which is gruesomely expensive if you roam outside the EU).

Everything works perfectly. There's no data limit, and the hotspot works flawlessly.
The only thing that could be improved is that, for installation, you should receive not only a QR code but also a link you can click on. If you only have your cell phone with you, it's hard to scan the QR code.

Great service! I have been using eTravelSIM during my travels in the USA, and the unlimited data plan is truly unlimited. I chose them because I had already used their service in Turkey and Lithuania with a very good experience. The connection has been reliable, and I’m really happy with the service overall. Definitely recommended for international travelers!

I must say that internet coverage was fabolous during the whole trip. I really enjoyed it. Instant activation the moment I landed at Istanbul Airport. Flawless

As it says. Download the QR, if your doing 2 plans order seperate as having 2 QRs caught me out, I downloaded the wrong one to the wrong phone! But thats on me. Customer service were great. Sorted it out pretty quick. Started again! Downloaded, set up and started before I set airplane mode on in the UK.

Turned the phone on in the US and it worked straight away.

It was a simple step with an enormous benefit. The staff was very helpful and guided every step with a clear information, made it easy to follow even for a person with a little knowledge like me.

The eSIM worked very well throughout our trip in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Activation was easy, the connection was reliable, and mobile data worked without any issues. Overall, we had a very good experience with the service and would be happy to use eTravelSIM again.

Great coverage from NY to Niagara Falls. And great value compared to Aussie roaming charges. Thank you so much !!

I am very happy so far with my unlimited travel sim. We have been travelling through Belgium, France and Spain so far and the transfers have been seamless. The overall coverage while a little patchy in the mountains on the whole I have had a data signal at all times.

Good product range, easy to order and install. Great customer support.. easy to access and quick to respond to questions. Very happy
