I am in Palawan right now and there is always almost no connection, and when there is it’s EDGE

Good service, but unclear that there was no calls/sms

The service was fast and works well. After installing the esim, I was unable to make calls. The customer service told me this was a data only plan, which was unclear from the start. Be carefull and buy a different option if you need calls.

How do I check my balance?

- If you are an existing  customer then login else create account with the same email ID from which you had purchased the eSim.

- On the My Account page, you will see a list of all the orders.

- Click the View Balance button against the order number to fetch the balance of your number.
