The Peru eSIM is data-only — no incoming calls, no SMS, no Peruvian phone number. To make calls, use WhatsApp, FaceTime, iMessage, or Zoom over the eSIM data. Your home SIM stays active in your phone simultaneously (dual-SIM), so calls and texts to your usual number still come through, but turn off cellular data on that line to avoid roaming charges. Set ETravelSim as your default mobile data line and enable Data Roaming in settings.
