Wie funktioniert Reise-eSIM für Europa (Aufladen)?
Nach dem Kauf eines eTravelsim-Produkts erhalten Kunden per E-Mail einen individuellen QR-Code. Dieser wird an die beim Kauf verwendete E-Mail-Adresse gesendet. Die E-Mail enthält außerdem detaillierte Anweisungen zur Installation des Produkts. Scannen Sie den QR-Code, um das Produkt zu nutzen.
Wie erhalte ich den QR-Code für meinen Einkauf?
Sobald Sie die eSIM gebucht haben, erhalten Sie den QR-Code fast sofort an Ihre registrierte E-Mail-Adresse. Dazu erhalten Sie eine Anleitung zur Installation des QR-Codes, die SMDP-Adresse und den Aktivierungscode. Sobald der QR-Code installiert ist, können Sie loslegen.

Great but i ran out of data so fast, tried to recharge but it kept adding local minutes when all i wanted was data only.

We went on a Mediterranean cruise and bought eTravelSim with 5 GB data each. It worked on land and sometimes at sea if we were close to a coastline. The only place it didn’t work was in Montenegro because it is not part of the EU. When we had difficulty getting started, there was help; when we ran out of data, there email response and assistance was very quick. Highly recommend eTravelSim.

I was having trouble with reloading my eSIM and customer service was quick with responding. We shared multiple communication and they were able to assist with resolving the issue.
