When does the validity period start — at purchase or when I land?

Validity on the ETravelSim Netherlands eSIM starts the day you begin using it in Netherlands, when your phone first connects to KPN or Vodafone NL on arrival. You can purchase weeks in advance, install the QR code at home before flying, and the timer only starts on first connection. Plan durations include 1-day, 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day Unlimited tiers as well as 30-day fixed-data plans from 1 GB to 50 GB. Don't delete the eSIM profile after installation — reinstallation may not be possible.

Via Settings (iPhone)

Open Settings → General → About.

Update to the latest OS, restart, and check again. If still missing, your device/region/carrier may have eSIM disabled. Please contact your carrier or device maker.
