I bought my first eSIM going to Greece from Canada and I had no problems with the eSIM. I had to top up the eSIM because I was staying 6 days over 30 days and the top up worked but I had to contact them via email to get it connected not only using the top up link. It could be because it was only for 6 days more. . I had to restart the phone after they did the connection. I would recommend.
