The card can be activated and used in Bulgaria. Be aware that if it does not work at first, it is necessary to restart the phone (at least this is how it works in my case).

Registration and Activation was smooth and as expected. It would be a good improvement to also include the full manual activation code in the email sent. Usually it's a combination of the sm-dp address and the activation code. This would increase the ease of use if you buy the esim from you mobile you then won't need another device where you scan the QR code but would just enter the code manually on the same device
