¿Cómo funciona eSIM de viaje para Brasil?

Tras comprar un producto eTravelsim, los clientes recibirán un código QR único por correo electrónico. Este código se envía a la dirección de correo electrónico registrada durante la compra. El correo electrónico también incluirá instrucciones detalladas sobre cómo instalar el producto. Para empezar a usarlo, escanee el código QR.

Una vez que hayas reservado la eSIM, recibirás el código QR en tu correo electrónico registrado casi al instante. Este incluirá una guía para instalar el código QR, una dirección SMDP y un código de activación. Una vez instalado el código QR, estarás listo para usar.

¿Cómo instalo la eSIM en un iPhone?

Recibirás el código QR por e-mail justo después de la compra. Instala la eSIM antes de viajar, con conexión Wi-Fi:

  1. Abre Ajustes → Datos móviles → Añadir eSIM.
  2. Toca «Usar código QR» y escanea el código QR del e-mail. Si no puedes escanearlo, toca «Introducir datos manualmente» y escribe la dirección SM-DP+ y el código de activación del mismo e-mail.
  3. Ponle un nombre a la nueva línea, por ejemplo «Viaje», y mantén tu SIM habitual como línea principal para llamadas y SMS.
  4. Al llegar, elige la eSIM de viaje para los datos móviles y activa la itinerancia de datos en esa línea.

a bumpy start but happy ending

the eSim couldn’t be added in the first place the way it usually works… always received error messages. a service person helped me and we sent lots of mails back and forth (which, without proper internet is challenging). They tried to resolve this issue but couldn’t find a working solution. eventually they provided me with a new code which then worked just fine. thanks for the -though bumpy- but good support

Hello. I arrived yesterday and as I try to connect my eSIM with my iPhone through the QR code it refuses. I then followed the manual connection instructions but the SM link is not working. It’s my first time using it. I need assistance. And if it not connect today, I already ask you for the period to start from connection instead of purchase.
