The eTravelSim Germany eSIM runs on Vodafone (4G, 5G and LTE data). Plans start at $4.00 and go up to $59.99. It is delivered by email, installs by QR code, needs no documents and is data-only. You can choose data only or add 100 minutes of local calls, and the Unlimited plans start at 1 day.
What the Germany eSIM includes
- Network: Vodafone.

A short city break: Unlimited for 1 day is $4.99 (data only), and Unlimited for 7 days is $19.99.
Light use: limited plans last 30 days. 1 GB is $4.00, 3 GB is $6.75 and 5 GB is $7.19.
Heavier use or a longer stay: 10 GB is $11.99, 20 GB is $19.99, 25 GB is $29.99 and 50 GB is $49.99. Unlimited for 15 days is $39.99 and for 30 days is $59.99.
Need local calls? Add the 100 Minutes Local Calls option. It raises the price: for example 5 GB goes from $7.19 to $15.99.
Fair use: Unlimited plans include 4 GB of high-speed data per day, followed by unlimited data at 1 Mbps. High-speed data resets every 24 hours.
Before you buy
- Check your phone first. The phone must be unlocked and eSIM-enabled. Check your model before you buy, because an eSIM cannot be installed on a phone that does not support it.
- Keep your home SIM for calls and texts. This eSIM is for data, so keep your physical SIM active for calls and bank messages, and use the eSIM for data.
- Install before you fly if you can. The eSIM arrives by email, so you can set it up on Wi-Fi at home and have data when you land.
