When should I activate my USA eSIM?

Install the eSIM before you travel by scanning the QR code from your email. The validity period only starts when the eSIM connects to a US network — usually after you land. Do not delete the profile after install.

How long does USA eSIM activation take?

What happens after my plan validity ends?

The eSIM stops providing data when validity expires. You can either delete the profile or top up with another USA plan to keep using the same line.

Can I use the same eSIM for a future USA trip?

Yes, if you top up before the validity expires, the same profile is reusable. If validity expired, you may need a new plan; contact support to keep the same line.

Does the USA eSIM include calls and SMS?

Lovely works, fix apn setting global gsm

Works lovely 4G at&t but you need manually setup apn. Delete 02 apn and set matrix as name and write globaldata as apn. All rest leave blank.

Worked most of the time - a bit

ESim for USA. Only 4G the most of the time. Some Apps working fine, some barely. Support on Whatsapp had only "there are no restrictions on our end" to say and didn't even try to improve the situation. Not again.

Simple straight forward and easy

As it says. Download the QR, if your doing 2 plans order seperate as having 2 QRs caught me out, I downloaded the wrong one to the wrong phone! But thats on me. Customer service were great. Sorted it out pretty quick. Started again! Downloaded, set up and started before I set airplane mode on in the UK.

Turned the phone on in the US and it worked straight away.

One false start, then all was well

After the first attempt at the eSim turned out to be incorrect for my model of phone (which only supports data and not telephone coverage), tech support was very helpful in verifying that a data-only bundle would work. Installed just before boarding, and the eSim is working fine ... One note, with my phone I needed to turn off the regular Sim, so I am unreachable via the regular telephone, in order for the eSim to actually work. But now it's working, I have no troubles. K P
