Ordered an esim as I was travelling to Morocco. My network charges a fairly hefty £8/day, so an esim for £20 for the week was a good idea.
Itcseemexto be easy to install. But when I arrived, I was only getting speeds of 800kbs. I know the average here is more like 80mbs.
I used the WhatsApp support feature to contact someone for help. It was late and the reply came after I'd gone to sleep.
Replied this morning. Went through a few tests and ended up with another esil beinf sent. This one is working as expected.
So. Not as flawless as I'd expected. But good value and decent customer support.
