Fraud prevention
Self‑referrals are blocked using email/IP/device checks. Violations may void rewards.
What is the eTravelSIM “Refer & Earn” Program?
It's a simple way to earn rewards by inviting friends to try eTravelSIM. You share your unique referral link or code — when your friend makes their first purchase, they get  US$3 off, and you earn  US$3 credits.
Who can participate?
  1. Anyone with an eTravelSIM account who has completed their first sign-up or purchase. 
  2. Affiliates or resellers are not eligible.
How do I find my referral code or link?
After your first purchase or sign-up:
  • Go to  My Account → Refer & Earn, or
    Open the  Refer & Earn section on the mobile app home screen.
    Your unique code and link will be displayed there.

How can I share my referral link?
You can share it via:
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Telegram
  • Or copy and paste your link manually anywhere you like.

What does my friend get when I refer them?
Your friend receives a  US$3 discount  on their first eSIM purchase using your referral code or link.
What do I earn for each successful referral?
You earn  US$3 in eTravelSIM credits  once your referred friend completes a successful paid transaction.
Where can I track my rewards?
All earned and pending rewards appear in the  “Refer & Earn” dashboard  under your account or app.
 You'll also receive an email notification for each successful referral.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! You can refer as many friends as you like — there's  no earning limit .
Do referral credits expire?
Currently, referral credits  do not expire . If this policy changes, users will be notified in advance.
Can I refer myself or use my own code?
No. Self-referrals or multiple accounts under the same user/device/email will lead to  disqualification  and  reward forfeiture .
What happens if my friend cancels or refunds their order?
If your friend cancels or gets a refund, the referral reward will  not be credited  to your account.
How will I be notified of my reward?
You'll receive:
  • An email: “You earned $3 eTravelSIM credit”
  • An in-app notification (if available)

Can I transfer or withdraw my credits?
Credits are meant to be used for eSIM purchases only. They  cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash .
How can I contact support for referral issues?
If your referral isn't tracked or a reward is missing, contact our support team at
  support@etravelsim.com  with:
  • Your registered email ID
  • Your friend's email (if known)
  • Approximate date of referral
