Email arrived arrived within minutes of order. Instructions seemed simple enough - did take a little time to work out how to scan the QR code - but once done connection / setup was quick and was able to use it immediately.

I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of niggles on setting up that might be considered as petty but……
It took 3 hours for the sim to drop onto my phone. This was due to a server error apparently. I used the WhatsApp chat to find out what was happening but this was not great, however, when I emailed the response was quick and helpful.
Whilst I appreciate everyone has a different phone setup some tips on what settings to use for any existing sim once downloaded would be useful.
Both my wife and I used data and calls in the USA for a three week road trip across multiple states and the esims worked brilliantly. We had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely use this again.
