Great service, but....

I bought two SIM cards and I am very happy with the purchase. The cards were easy to install, they started working immediately when my wife and I were in Europe. I will recommend your service to my friends.
But... I needed to buy additional traffic for one of the cards. But, on the site I could not specify which of the cards I needed to top up, since my initial order was made for two cards at once. Fortunately, you topped up exactly the card I needed.

Die e-SIM für eine Woche unbegrenzte Daten in der Türkei war billig, und kam mit allem, was man zur Einrichtung braucht: QR-Code, alle Angaben zur alternativen manuellen Einrichtung, und Hinweisen auf alle wichtigen Kleinigkeiten, an denen die Einrichtung sonst oft erst mal scheitert.

Ist man alleine am Flughafen, wie kann man dann den erhaltenen QR-Code einscannen mit dem Handy, auf dem die Mail empfangen wurde? Eben: das geht nicht.

Hier bekam ich zum ersten Mal die Daten, die man zur manuellen Eingabe braucht, sie sind schnell kopiert und eingefügt.

Was man dann noch braucht ist eine WLAN-Verbindung (nur mit dem Internet über die lokale e-SIM geht’s nämlich nicht), und man muss für die Reuse e-SIM Mobile Roaming einschalten. Auf beides weist die Anleitung hin.

Eben perfekt!
