They do a good job of providing resources for set up which is good. Apart from that once you are set up its pretty much ready to go. I had no major issues apart from sharing a hotspot with my partner so they could use their phone from time to time. The signal stayed pretty decent for ordering Ubers and looking up directions so it did that job well and I am satisfied.

During the visit of India, I was unable to get sim card from providers because of visa free entry. And without sim, even I couldn’t order Uber ride while out of Hotel. eSim works as expected in Tokyo.
Only thing but this is very commin with eSim providers is rhe QR code you are supposed to scan to activate your eSim that is in general on the screen of the phone you should scan from and this is not convenient.
