When the eSIM is activated in UK it does not work. Must be activated in Turkey but requires internet access to activate. This means the phone can not be used at the airport and until WiFi is available . Otherwise all works well

Always a good product but i had some issues activating this time. I have a new iphone17 and couldnt get the esim activated properly. the QR doesnt work. Anyway, got it working eventually, more an issues with phone settings i think. One observation though is that Klook's similar products are cheaper. 25-30 day fixed data 10gb is $9AUD cheaper. I know its 25 days v 30, but that lesser option is closer to the days I need. Maybe you can custom your plans better.

Title says it all. Instructions were clear and there we no issues with service at all. Had the esim installed on my phone in my home country and turned it on while taxiing to the gate (I did restart my phone right after activating the Korea esim). Next time I go back to Korea I plan on topping up this esim.

I have used ETravelSim in Dubai before with no issues but although I paid over £20 for 4 days in Marrakesh it didn’t work was very disappointed.
ETravelSim contacted me to resolve my issue, I have now got a credit for future travel. Thank you and what fantastic customer service. My only disappointment is I didn’t contact them when I was abroad. So if you have any issues with your SIM card please contact the company immediately they will help you resolve the problem. Thank you again I will certainly be using you for all my trips.
