Easy Top-Up and a Great Alternative to Roaming

Reliable support for my phone

although I wish they were offering longer than 30 day packages, once I learned how to do it, their "top up" option moved along smoothly. Their phone co. suppliers do have some dead zones around the world....but i guess that is inevitable

I’ve been using ETravelSim for some time and find it a very cost effective way to continue to have mobile data access while travelling. But this time I had an issue activating my eSIM. The support team were excellent. They replied to all my emails very quickly and were able to help me get up and running after a few quick emails back and forth. Initial teething problems setting up but got very easy after multiple renewals. Served 2 of us well during a 2 week stay in the US. We were using unlimited roaming much like we do at home and a weekly fixed price was reassuring not to be amassing a massive bill. My daughter and I have identical phones and had identical plans but hers lost connection more than once, fortunately not for much more than a few minutes at a time. It felt essential to have internet and the service was such we would probably use again.
