Leider haben wir an diesen Ort den wir besuchen sehr schlechtes Netz. Auch unsere normale Simkarte bietet an diesem Ort schlechten Empfang. In der Stadt funktioniert der Empfang tadellos.

Possible troubleshot when installing from public Wi-Fi

Second time using eTravelsim.
I had trouble when trying to install the e-sim while at Charles De Gaulle airport in France. My guess is that the public wi-fi have some kind of restrictions which would not allow downloading and installing the product.
Otherwise, from a private domestic connection, it worked perfectly and instantly.
5G wherever available.
